EMARC PARTNERS WITH STONEHAM THEATRE FOR ‘LIGHTS, CAMERA, EMARC’ EVENT


Opening Night of Tony-Award Winning “The Full Monty” 



EMARC is partnering with the Stoneham Theatre for the ‘Lights, Camera, EMARC’ event on Thursday, April 12 at 6 p.m. EMARC’s first Spring fundraising event will feature the Tony-Award winning musical, The Full Monty. The Center for Emerging artists will showcase their jewelry and art in the Stoneham Theatre art gallery prior to the 7:30 p.m. show.

The CEA art show and cocktail hour will be taking place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m, where light food, cash bar, and sweet treats will be served. Additionally, there will be artwork and jewelry for sale and a raffle during the cocktail hour. At 7:30 p.m. attendees are welcomed to enjoy the musical, The Full Monty.

 “We are very excited to kick off the spring with our ‘Lights, Camera, EMARC’ event at the Stoneham Theater. It’s an honor to be able to partner with the Stoneham Theatre. This will be a great night for family, friends and supporters to get together and enjoy a night of fun, food, and theater,” says Amy O’Brien, Director of Development and Marketing for EMARC.

Project Bread Walk for Hunger


Project Bread’s Walk for Hunger is Sunday, May 6, 2012. The 20-mile route weaves through Boston, Brookline, Newton, Watertown, to Cambridge, and includes entertainment and free snacks along the way. On May 6th, over 40,000 Walkers will step out and raise nearly $4 million to help fund hunger relief and prevention through 450 emergency programs, schools, community health centers, farmers’ markets, community suppers, home care organizations, and other programs that protect the individual and strengthen our community food security.
